Many thanks for taking the time to meet with us all when Mum died and taking the time also to compose and organize a lovely service for her. We appreciated the insight you gleaned about Mum from talking with us and how you presented her to the whanau. Your sensitivity and guidance at that difficult time was a great comfort. It is never easy dealing with grieving families and you were able to do this with an ease of manner, so much so, that we all felt comfortable and listened too. Well done.
I hope that you can continue doing what you do well.
